Just wanted to commend your driver southbound on the M1 J26 to J23a this evening. Weather was atrocious. Was really impressed with your driver, really well driven even with idiots pulling straight across in front of him. Your lorry lighting extremely visible all round in the poor conditions too. Really kept those cars who like to sit right behind large vehicles right back.
Granted I’m a horsey person so maybe I noticed him more, but I just thought you’d like to know.

I have just had my Clydesdale move by your company and wanted to express how thoroughly impressed I was with you service – I needed to move my horse as quickly as possible he had only traveled once before and I tried to move him with another local haulage company who tuned up with a 2 birth horse box insisting he would fit in no bother -he had other ideas and 2 hours later they gave up. The Alan’s arrived this morning so calm so confident so professional – I was told they would get him in no matter how long it took – the transport was amazing spacious and hydraulically lowered so he just walked straight in. I’m not saying the day was without incident but that was mainly to do with 2 branches being cut down so wagon could fit in yard and stupid narrow Cumbrian roads where there was literally millimeters to spare again all praise to the driver. I can not recommend your company strongly enough – they were amazing I have total confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again .Thanks Tina.

“Hello, I am sure that this will seem a strange email, however, I was driving behind one of your lorries this morning, KE99SO (I think) and wanted to say how well it was driven. The road between Carnwath and the Biggar road is appalling, with deep gulleys, huge potholes and tight turns; the driver drove the lorry as it was riding on a piece of silk.
I have always worried about entrusting my two very precious horses to a haulier but after seeing the consideration and care of the driver this morning, I would have no qualms about using Eric Gillie if the need should ever arise.
As I said, this is probably a strange email to receive but I have never been so impressed by a company before that I have emailed them to say “well done.”

Our pony does have a lovely temperament but he ambled off your lorry with absolutely no stress at all, despite the fact that he was on your lorry all day Friday and Monday and stabled in between (when he is used to living out).
